THAT Committee of Adjustment grants the requested variance A02/2023 to increase the separation distance between the existing principal dwelling and the proposed detached secondary dwelling unit from 50 metres to 69 metres on the lands legally described as Part Lots 15 and 16, Concession 2 EGR, Geographic Township of Holland, Township of Chatsworth; and FURTHER THAT the application be subject to the following conditions: 1. All other provisions of the Zoning By-law are met.

THAT Committee of Adjustment grants the requested variance A03/2023 to decrease the ‘minimum side yard’ requirement of the ‘A1’ zone from 15 metres to 5 metres to facilitate the construction of a detached dwelling and accessory building(s) on the subject property on the lands legally described as Part Lot 4, Concession 6, Geographic Township of Sullivan, Township of Chatsworth; and FURTHER THAT the application be subject to the following conditions: 1. Development occurs within the area deemed not to be hazard by the Grey Sauble Conservation Authority (GSCA), which may include some lands currently shown as ‘EP’ (Environmental Protection) in the Township’s Zoning By-law. 2. The required GSCA permits are obtained prior to a Building Permit being issued. 3. All other provisions of the Zoning By-law are met.
