THAT Planning Report 2026-14 regarding Minor Variance Application A02/2026 be hereby received; and FURTHER THAT Committee of Adjustment grants the requested Minor Variance A02/2026 to permit a reduced front yard setback of 12 metres for a detached garage in the front yard of an A1 zoned property; whereas, the Zoning By-law requires 15 metres, on the lands legally described as Part Lot 32, Concession 2 NETSR, RP 16R8817, Geographic Township of Holland, Township of Chatsworth; and FURTHER THAT Committee of the Whole recommend that Council approve the Minor Variance Application A02/2026 with the conditions noted on the Decision Sheet as follows: 1.THAT all other provisions of the Zoning By-law are met.
