THAT Planning Report 2025-20 regarding Minor Variance Application A03/2025 be hereby received for information; and FURTHER THAT Committee of Adjustment grants the requested Minor Variance A03/2025 to reduce the minimum lot area of enlarged lot 1 to 18.5 hectares (B09/2025) and to reduce the minimum lot frontage of enlarged lot 2 to 90 metres (B10/2025) on the lands legally described as Part Lot 7, Concession 11, RP 16R4260 Part 1, Geographic Township of Holland, Township of Chatsworth; and FURTHER THAT Committee of the Whole recommend that Council approve the Minor Variance Application A03/2025 with the conditions noted on the Decision Sheets as follow: 1. THAT all other provisions of the Zoning By-law are met.
