THAT Planning Report 2025-07 be hereby received for information; and FURTHER THAT the Committee of Adjustment grants permission to allow for a 97 square metre expansion of the existing sawmill building, with the addition having a height of 7.5 metres on the lands legally described as Part Lot 23, Concession 9, Geographic Township of Sullivan, Township of Chatsworth; and FURTHER THAT the application be subject to the following conditions: 1. All other provisions of the Zoning By-law are met. 2. That the applicant obtain a Change of Use Permit from the Township prior to a Building Permit being issued.
