THAT Planning Report 2025-01 regarding Minor Variance Application A07/2024 (Joachim and Birgit Brand) be hereby received for information; and FURTHER THAT Committee of Adjustment grants the requested variance A07/2024 to reduce the ‘minimum exterior side yard’ requirement of the ‘A1’ zone from 20 metres to 12.4 metres in order to permit the construction of an addition and deck onto an existing detached dwelling on the lands legally described as Part Lots 57 and 58, Concession 2 EGR, Geographic Township of Holland, Township of Chatsworth; and FURTHER THAT the application be subject to the following conditions: 1. The detached dwelling and deck shall maintain a setback of at least 12.0 metres. 2. All other provisions of the Zoning By-law are met.
