THAT Public Works Report 2024-14 regarding Speed Limit Reductions be hereby received for information; and FURTHER THAT Council accepts staff’s recommendation to reduce the speed limit from 60km/h to 50km/h on Sideroad 1 from King’s Highway 6 & 10 to the intersection of Concession 2A and Sideroads 1; and FURTHER THAT the speed limit be reduced from 80km/h to 60km/h on Sideroad 10 from King’s Highway 10 to the intersection of East Back Line and then through to the intersection of Perdue Road and Sideroads 10; and FURTHER THAT Council directed staff to present the speed limit By-Law at the next Council meeting.
