THAT Planning Report 2025-02 be hereby received for information; and FURTHER THAT the Committee of Adjustment grants permission to increase the size of a sleeping cabin from 11 square metres to 15.7 square metres and construct a 11.2 square metre attached deck on the lands legally described as Part Lot 12, Concession 10 EGR, Geographic Township of Holland, Township of Chatsworth; and FURTHER THAT the application be subject to the following conditions: 1. All other provisions of the Zoning By-law are met 2. No cooking facilities shall be permitted within the sleeping cabin 3. The sleeping cabin shall not be used for any form of human habitation, including sleep, between November 1 and May 1 4. The sleeping cabin shall not be used in conjunction with a short-term accommodation, if a short-term accommodation is permitted and operated on the property 5. No further work on this cabin shall occur until all required permits are obtained from the Building Department
