That CAO/Clerk Report 2026-06 Farm Lease Extension – Part Lot 5, Concession 1 Division 3 be hereby received for information; and Further that the CAO/Clerk be authorized to extend the lease agreement for Concession 1, Pt. Lot 5, Division 3 (Village of Chatsworth) between the Township of Chatsworth and Sharedon Farms Ltd., to end December 31, 2026, at a cost of $6,110 plus HST; and Further that the proceeds of the lease be transferred to Admin. Reserves to offset any development costs of the Chatsworth subdivision in the future.

THAT Finance Report 2026-12 RE: Modernization Fund Projects be hereby received for information; and FURTHER THAT Committee of the Whole Recommends that Council direct staff to obtain quotes for projects as outlined in Option 3: 3.Direct staff to investigate feasibility for both the above projects and bring back a more detailed report for Council’s consideration.
