THAT Committee of Adjustment grants the requested Minor Variance A01/2024 to increase the maximum building height of an accessory building in the R3 zone from 5.0 metres to 5.75 metres on the lands legally described as Lot 7, Plan 16M11, Geographic Township of Sullivan, Township of Chatsworth and having the address of 106 Eagle Point Drive; and FURTHER THAT the application be subject to the following conditions: 1. The building does not exceed a floor area of 54 square metres; 2. All other provisions of the Zoning By-law are met; and, 3. A Development Permit from the Saugeen Valley Conservation Authority be obtained.

The building does not exceed a ground floor area of 60 square metres; and 2. All other provisions of the Zoning By-law are met; and 3. A Development Permit from the Saugeen Valley Conservation Authority be obtained; and 4. That comments received from Saugeen Ojibway Nation were considered by the Committee and based on the historical use of the site, the Committee did not find it necessary to include a requirement for an archaeological assessment on the property.
